Description
As the largest artificial lake park in Korea, Ilsan Lake Park is located in and around Janghang-dong with a total area of 313,000 pyeong and a lake size of 91,000 pyeong, and it is loved as one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in the Metropolitan Area. .
In particular, the 4.7Km-long bike roads and the 5.8 Km-long tracks around the lake are very popular among citizens in Goyang City as a place to do exercise. In addition, the park also serves as the venue for cultural events and festivals, both domestic and foreign, such as the World Flower Fair in Goyang, attracting many visitors to the park.

A thatch-roofed house built in the late Joseon Era which is called 'Ilsan Bamgasi Choga' as it is built with chestnut tree. The construction of the stadium began in September 2001 and ended in September 2003. Modelled after a sailing boat on the Han River, the stadium has 43,000 seats in its main stadium and 1,000 seats in its subsidiary stadium (land area:86,000pyeong, floor area:18,000pyeong, 3floors above the ground, 1 floor below the ground, total investment:134.8 billion won). As an internationally recognized sports complex, it has become one of the major tourist attractions of Goyang-si.

The Anyfol Cafe Village, originally located near Baengma station, moved to the current place in the early 1990s when “the New Ilsan Town” began its development. Description
The theme park ZooZoo is the first zoo in Korea where visitors can interact with zoo animals in person. Unlike most zoos that separate animals and visitors with pens and wires, this museum offers opportunities to have direct contact with most of its 2,000 or so animals or a total of 200 species of mammals, reptiles, primates, and fish. ZooZoo is open year round to visitors.

The royal tomb of King Gongyang, the 34th King : the last king of Goryeo Dynasty : the tomb of queen and his consort is smaller than the one of Joseon Period. You can see it in other regions like Samcheok and Goseong in Gangwon Province. It suggests a chaotic situation of the day. This site was designate as historical heritage No. 191.

You can find Hareung, which is the royal tomb of Queen Janggeyong who is the second wife of Joongjong, the 11th King of Joseon Dynasty here. There are also tombs with the names of Hyojong, the son of Injo, and Cheoljong who is the king from the late Joseon Dynasty. The jewelleries from chambers, Hoemyo, which is the tomb of the deposed Queen Yu, and tombs of princess and princess are scattered on the site.

Description
The Agricultural Research and Extension Service in the city of Goyang has been founded to develop technologies for stable production of agricultural produces, foster experts in the agricultural field, establish a healthy agricultural environment, and apply sophisticated technologies to agriculture.
There are many facilities such as the Nongshim Theme Park, which is an agricultural culture exhibition, cactus exhibition, and lab for new seeds. In addition, farm mechanization is one of the most important tasks pursued by the organization.
In particular, the Nongshim Theme Park has 3 exhibition halls where a total of 413 agricultural crops (176 different kinds) are on display in a chronological way (Gawaji remains, prehistoric agriculture, modern agriculture). It also serves as a good place for agricultural education since lots of traditional agricultural Equipment is also displayed here such as water mills, tread mills, straw ropes and straw bags.

Description
Called Korea’s Alps and protected as a national park, Mt. Bukhan is visited by millions of people a year. One of Korea’s 5 most beautiful mountains, Mt. Bukhan is also called Triangle Mountain since it is composed of 3 peaks Begundae(highest, 836.5m), Insubong and Mangyeongbong. There are also many cultural properties such as Hongguk Temple and Taego Temple.

It was built during the Three Kingdoms Period and became famous as the site of the Battle of Haengju in February 1593, when General Kwon Yul Do Won-su defeated 30,000 Japanese soldiers with 3,000 Joseon forces. It is a 400-meter-long Saturn built on the slope of Mt. Deokyang at an altitude of 124 km.
